What is the turnaround/ processing time?

Orders placed Monday- Thursday will take 3-4 day to process. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will begin processing on the  third business day (typically Wednesday) following the day the order was placed.

Custom Orders take 3-4 days to process and then an additional 7-10 business days to create the set of nails.

Production times for custom nails may vary depending on complexity.

Production  time for customs is 7-10days.

Can I change my order after it's placed?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot  make changes to orders after they have been placed, including editing the contents of an order, adding promo codes, or cancelling it entirely.

How do I edit or remove the "FAQ title"?"

Accepted Answer

The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
